• 3 games minimum guaranteed, maximum 4 games
• 3, 10 minute periods
• 8 teams maximum will be accepted, so register early!
• Awards, Gold and Silver medals
• MVP awards for gold medal game
• Food and beverages available on site
• Prize Table
• Free admission for all spectators

ENTRY FEE: $625.00(full entry fee must accompany your entry form and team roster-No refunds)
