This September, the WGMHA is offering a Body Contact Clinic for players 9 years of age and older.

The clinic will be run by the Grind Hockey Training Center.  It will be a 2 session progressive clinic where player will learn the importance of body positioning during a hockey game. The focus of the clinic is to teach safe and strategic ways to enter and win board battles along with how to strip players from pucks and to use the body to protect the puck.

Registration is now open.  The cost for the Body Contact Clinic is $25 and registration is restricted to the first 25 applicants.
