ONLINE REGISTRATION - NEW MEMBER SIGN-UP

New Member Sign-Up Instructions:
These steps are for NEW members only.


• IF YOU HAVE BEEN A TEAM STATISTICIAN: You already have an ITSports account – please use the same email address and password as last year and click the GO button.

• IF YOU ARE A NON-WGMHA MEMBER: If you played for an OWHA member association in the past, you may already have an ITsports account – your email address will be the same as the last time you registered.

• IF YOUR CAN’T REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link, and follow the instructions.

• IF YOU CAN’T REMEMBER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS click the signup button and provide the information provided.

• IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER who has never played for a girls hockey association, click on the SIGN UP link, then follow the sign-up instructions for new members.

STEP 1 – MEMBERS AREA SIGNUP
1. In the pop-up window that appears, enter the information for the PRIMARY PARENT – child member information will be entered later.

2. Enter an email address – which will be used as your login ID, and to contact you regarding your registrations.

3. Enter and confirm a password to be used for the account.

4. Enter the parent’s date of birth – your date of birth is how the system will check whether you already have a member profile through another organization.

5. Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button at the bottom of the screen.

6. If a similar account already exists, the system will ask you to confirm your previous email address. If you still have access to the account, a password reset email can be sent. If you no longer have access to the account, then you will need to contact 
[email protected]

for further assistance.

STEP 2 - UPDATE YOUR FAMILY PROFILE
1.To add a family member click the + ADD FAMILY MEMBER button.
 
2. Add the required information for up to 7 new family members at once – be sure to properly assign the ADULT or YOUTH role under MEMBER ROLE.
 NOTE: When multiple adults are assigned to an account, any of them can login to the system and process registrations, payments, and other actions.
 
3.Once all information is added, click the ADD MEMBERS button. To cancel, click the NO FAMILY MEMBERS NEEDED button.

Once all family members have been added, you may continue with your registration. 

If you require further help accessing an old account, please contact [email protected] with your full name and your child’s name and we can reset your login information.
