The Peewee BB Wild girls had a great weekend of team building. It began with a 1-0 win over Waterloo, then the girls hit the streets of Elmira for the inaugural running of the Wild Peewee Amazing Race.
The racers made stops at the EDSS sports field, Gibson Park, The Skate Park, Goods Auto Parts, The Elmira Library, and Finished at the Sip n Bite. Team #3 arrived first followed by Team #2 and Team #1. This was a non-elimination stop with a twist. All three teams will now combine and form one team for the remainder of the season. The girls travelled next to Waterloo for game number two of the day, where they picked up 4-2 win. Finally, the team headed back to Elmira for a pool party, campfire, and bbq. After a good night's rest, the girls rallied in the morning at the POGO Kitchener Kids with Cancer Walk & Run. What a great weekend!
