Recent Results Do Not Reflect Effort
The girls have had a tough last few games where they have played hard, but unfortunately the final results have not reflected their effort. They have played the top 2 teams in their division this past week, and although the game on Sunday was scoreless until the 3rd period, the Ravens #1 found the net with just over 2 minutes left to play. It was a great performance by the entire team, with an almost shut out for Brianna who made a lot of great saves.
Our only goal of the week was scored on Thursday night against the Ravens#3 by Liette Fife, and assisted by Claire Newbigging and Lauren Rintoul.
We are looking forward to our Saturday afternoon game where we hope to get on the scoreboard early to finish off the first half of the season. Let's go Wild!!!
