Amazing Defensive Play
The game on Thursday night against the Guelph Gryphons Red team ended in a scoreless tie, with Brianna Bettridge earning a well deserved shut out. The team played hard and well, with so many close chances to score, but the Gryphon's goalie was also strong and achieved a shut out.
Props to our Defence: Payton Karn, Brooke Richardson, Kylie Stevanis, and Brydon Dickieson - these ladies held the zone at the Blue Line incredibly well, and worked hard to tie up the Gryphon's forwards to prevent shots on goal. Overall, an exciting and well played game by all of the Wild players! Let's go Wild!!!
