Permission to Tryout
Any Woolwich player wishing to attend tryouts with a team from another Association must request Permission to Tryout from the WGMHA by contacting our Registrar at [email protected]. Permission to Tryout forms are valid only for the period specified on the form. Please allow five (5) business days for this form to be processed.
Only one of the following authorized WGMHA Board of Directors member may authorize the Permission to Tryout request: the Registrar, the President or Vice-President.
