Deadlines for Submitting Information
All staff must submit the requirements/information listed in this section to the Association by the stated dates.
If any of these requirements are not provided to the WGMHA by the required date, the applicable staff member is not permitted to participate with the team until the requirement is met and approved by us.
REP teams with Spring Tryouts
- ALL staff MUST register on RAMP as staff by June 15th.
- ALL staff MUST have all required courses AND their VSC/Declaration approved by the OHF by August 1st.
Teams that fail to meet this date will lose one practice for each week they are late in completing these requirements. The only exception would be if a required D1 course is not available, in which case we will require proof of registration in the required course.
REP teams with Fall Tryouts

ALL staff participating in Fall Tryouts MUST have the following by September 1st:
- be registered on RAMP as staff,
- have their VSC/Declaration approved by the OHF, and
- have a minimum of the following courses: Respect in Sport and Gender Expression and Identity (all other courses required by September 30th)
- ALL other staff for these teams MUST register on RAMP as staff by September 25th, AND have all required courses AND their VSC/Declaration approved by the OHF by September 30th.

Local League teams
- In order to participate with the team on or off the ice, staff MUST have the following before the first ice time in September:
- be registered on RAMP as staff,
- have their VSC/Declaration approved by the OHF, and
- have a minimum of the following courses: Respect in Sport and Gender Expression and Identity (all other courses required by October 15th)
- ALL other staff for these teams MUST register on RAMP as staff by September 25th, AND have all required courses AND their VSC/Declaration approved by the OHF by October 15th.
