Team Advances

The WGMHA may advance tournament fees on behalf of teams before parent/player payments have been collected.  To request an advance, the team must provide the WGMHA Treasurer with an invoice or proof of tournament registration.  Once received, the Treasurer will pay the tournament fee on the team’s behalf.

Any tournament fees advanced must be repaid to the Association by the earlier of:

• the tournament date; or
• November 30^th.
