Third Party Instructors
Third party instructors must:
- Provide full name, date of birth and HCR (Hockey Canada) number for all staff who will be working with WGMHA team(s),
- Register with the WGMHA on RAMP (as ‘staff’ under the Coach/Staff Registration),
- Have a Vulnerable Sector Check approved by the Ontario Hockey Federation,
- Be insured through Hockey Canada (even if they have their own insurance), and
- Be on the team roster (or if working with multiple teams, be rostered on an ‘AT LARGE’ roster with the Association).
Please make the Association aware of all third party staff you plan to use at least four weeks in advance so we can ensure they meet the requirements and are adequately insurance with Hockey Canada and rostered with the WGMHA.
