Once again we will be hosting our Annual Woolwich Wild Banquet to celebrate the fun and successes we have had during the season!

Location: Lions Hall, 40 South Street West, Elmira (beside the WMC)
Parents and siblings are welcome.We need your team photos!
Each year we create a year-end video to be shown at the Annual Banquet. In order to have your team
represented in the video, we need your pictures!!!
- Submit pictures to Jay Church at [email protected] or drop off a CD or memory stick at our office at the WMC. Please slide it under the door and put your name & team on it so we can return it at the Banquet.
- Deadline for pictures is April 1st, 2013, but you can start sending them now! For teams who qualify for the Provincials, your team pictures must be submitted by April 1st, 2013, BUT you may submit additional pictures from the Provincials provided you send them directly to Jay by Monday, April 8th, 2013.
- The best pictures are the ones that show the girls in off-ice situations, so limit the number of on-ice pictures unless it is easy to identify the player. Pictures from team parties or tournaments make great submissions!
Registration, registration, registration.......
Our registrar will be set up at the Annual Banquet to accept your daughter’s registration
for the 2013 – 14 season. It is important to register now in order to avoid the late fee and to
also allow us to plan for the upcoming season.
We will only hold a spot for your daughter until May 31st, 2013. After that date, all
registrations are on a first come, first served basis and the $50 late fee will apply.
