Process for cancelling games due to weather related issues:
There are 3 things to remember to do - From the LLFHL Rules and Regulations,
Section 11 – Cancellations
g) If a game must be cancelled because one or both teams cannot travel due to inclement weather or as a result of a public health notice (e.g. H1N1), the following policy is in effect:
1. The team cancelling the game must DIRECTLY contact by PHONE, and speak to a designated team representative before this game is officially considered cancelled. Note: E-mail and voice messages will not be considered as proper notification
2. Please let me know that the game has been cancelled so I can contact the League Convenor.
3. The cancelled game is to be rescheduled for a future date within seven (7) days, not necessarily played.
