New Initiation Program for 6 year olds
Submitted By Jacinta Faries on Tuesday, July 3, 2018
New for the 2018/19 season!!!!  We will be offering an Initiation Program (IP 6) for girls born in 2012 (6 years old by December 31st, 2018).

Parents have the option of enrolling their 2012 daughter in either our IP 6 or Rookie programs.

This program is intended to introduce young girls to the game of hockey and build on their skills.  IP 6 will typically have two 50-minute ice times per week and will run from late-September to early March.  Actual practice days have not been determined at this time.

We will start the year with fundamental sessions and introduce the game concept through cross-ice scrimmages and exhibition games against teams from neighbouring centres.

The emphasis of this program is fun and skill development!!

The cost will be $425.  For those parents that have already registered their 2012 daughter for our Rookie program, you can contact our Registrar ([email protected]) to let her know IF you want to switch to the IP 6 program.  The additional fee ($215 = $425 - $210 Rookie fee) is payable prior to the first ice time in September.

Be sure to watch our website in August for start dates on the IP 6 calendar!!
