Liam Moyer is the brother of Alison Moyer who plays on our Atom
LL team. A grade 11 student at EDSS, an
avid hunter, fisherman and Woolwich Wildcat hockey player, Liam has recently
been diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Over the next month he will be receiving
treatment at Victoria Children’s Hospital in London.
In order to support Liam, his brother Ben,
his sister Alie, and his parents Rob and Peri, Liam’s friends have organized a “Team
Liam Fundraiser”. For every $20
T-shirt or $4.99 helmet sticker sold, all proceeds will be donated back to the family to offset the
cost of gas, parking, food and accommodations while Liam is undergoing
treatment.
