Now accepting proposals to be supplier of choice for athletic clothing apparel
Woolwich Minor Girls Hockey Association is now accepting proposals to be the supplier of choice for athletic clothing apparel.

WMGHA is releasing a request for proposal to suppliers of athletic apparel.  WMGHA is looking to select a supplier of choice for all apparel needs for members of the hockey association for the next 3 seasons.  The association intends to have set dates for  apparel fittings in September and early October with delivery of product for the start of the hockey season (mid/late) October. WMGHA requires a supplier who can provide an array of high quality, visually appealing, clothing products to members at an affordable price.

Obtaining a three year supplier commitment will eliminate the need to buy different apparel yearly. A standardized look will carry over from season to season.  Families will also have the ability to pass on existing clothing to younger siblings which is another form of reducing costs.

Interested apparel suppliers should submit a proposal which includes a list of items with sample images, sizes, and prices. As part of a standardized product offering, WMGHA's colour base is navy with a coloured Woolwich Wild logo applied. This is a best and final offer request. Negotiations will not be part of the selection process. E-mailed tenders will be accepted until May 4, 2020.

In the spirit of being a community based association, all members may share this proposal with friends and family who might be interested in submitting a tender. All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated on an equal and unbiased basis. Some vendors may be asked to come and present to the executive at the June 2nd, 2020  meeting.  Once a vendor has been selected, it is expected that all teams and players obtain apparel from the selected supplier.  Consistency in appearance, as players travel and play throughout Ontario, will demonstrate to other associations that playing for WMGHA and living in Woolwich is something that we should all proud of.

Thank You,
