Woolwich Wild would like to thank the Woolwich Hockey Academy and Tony Code for their generous donation.....see the news release below.

TOWNSHIP OF WOOLWICH – WOOLWICH HOCKEY ACADEMY PARTNERS TO SUPPORT LOCAL AFFILIATE ICE USERS

During challenging times, the Township is happy to share news of a wonderful partnership focused on supporting our community’s local affiliate ice user groups.

The Township is grateful for the support and unique collaboration with the Woolwich Hockey Academy to provide financial support benefiting both Woolwich Minor Hockey and Woolwich Wild Girls Hockey Associations. Woolwich Hockey Academy ran 3 weeks of 4 on 4 hockey which provided a great opportunity to get kids back on the ice, developing basic fundamental skills while adapting to new ice protocols in advance of the upcoming hockey season.

This collaboration provided an opportunity for the Woolwich Hockey Academy to generate funds for both associations to assist with upcoming operating costs and some financial support to get more kids back on this ice season.

Stay active, stay healthy and be safe!
