U11LL - Leamington Tournament
The U11 LL girls had an excellent weekend of hockey in Leamington at the Southpoint Stars Keith Lindsay Memorial Tournament. They tied their first game on Friday which led into a convincing win on Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon's game resulted in a loss, but their 2 previous outings were enough to get them through to the semi-finals on Sunday morning. They played a very tough, undefeated team from the B pool and after an incredible comeback to tie up the game, they lost a heartbreaker in OT. It was a fantastic effort by all the girls all weekend and an experience they are not soon going to forget! Great work girls!!
