PrintWhat to do if you have been exposed to COVID-19

If you think you may have COVID-19 or were exposed to the virus:

  1. Follow the steps outlined by the Government of Ontario to take care of yourself and protect others:  'What to do if you've been exposed to COVID-19'.  Note:  If your local public health unit has provided you with conflicting guidance, please follow the recommendations of your local health unit.
  2. The player/parent/team staff/volunteer must inform the manager or coach.  The manager/coach must then inform the COVID Response Team by emailing [email protected].

You should remain out of the hockey environment and refer to  'What to do if you've been exposed to COVID-19'  for instructions.  You should not return to the hockey environment until all steps are completed and you are symptom free for 24 hours.
