Dryland Training
We have a certified team fitness instructor. Our first dry land training is scheduled for October 19th at 9:00am. Karen will work to develop exercises with the girls for about 45 min and then develop a pre-game warmup routine for us to use at games. This is a one-time dryland training session. If the girls enjoy it and parents have the schedule time, we will book more sessions.
