Cripps Tournament Game Two Awards
This mornings game was another Wildly exciting game and it is nice to see our team's hard work pay off. Choosing the awards today seemed a difficult task as we were firing on all cylinders and everyone deserves recognition for their efforts. Today's Gold Jersey Award goes to Maya K!! Maya kept us ahead in the game that would have been tied if it was not for her efforts in a scramble around her net and a timely mid air stick save. Congrats Maya! Earning today's Hardest Worker Hat Award is Amelia P!! Amelia was spectacular on defence keeping the play mostly in their end, stopping their rushes, deflecting passes and even getting some backhanded passes in. Congrats Amelia!
Today we have recognition for the tournament games and both of these players are well deserving of the necklace trophy given by the Jason Cripps foundation. With her first goal of the season, a difficult task as she is on defence is Mackenzie W!! Kenzie had a fantastic game today and is becoming a force to be reckoned with. Congrats Kenzie!
