INSTRUCTIONS:

Players should all arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time.

Please complete the order envelope before arriving at the studio.  (Team managers will be circulating these to all players/parents.)

U15 players should wear matching pants (whatever team pants have been determined), with jersey, stick and gloves.
BRING SKATES

For the Team picture, the front row of players, only, will wear skates, so please bring them with you, as the order of the team will be decided on site.
