Fundraising Raffle
Steven Robbins is organising a raffle/draw, with the prize money going towards the tournament and other events in which we hope to involve our team. The prizes will be bottles of alcohol of various types for a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place prize allotment.
The request is for each family to supply one bottle for the draw, and to possibly ask friends , family or business for a donation of the same. Some businesses may wish to donate an LCBO gift card and we can fill in the "holes" for the prizes with that. This will be registered with the municipality and we will have tickets printed once the collection is completed.
DEADLINE WILL BE NOVEMBER 13 for collection of prizes! This will give us time to print tickets and complete the draw for Christmas/New Years. We require a minimum of 25 bottles for the draw, more is always appreciated as we could then charge more for tickets.
Steven will give updates everyday on what has been purchased/donated so you may know what may still be needed. Please email Steven when something has been collected, so he can update that list. Steve can pick up the prizes from you as necessary or you can bring them to out games/practices.
